QA Manager- plastic injection Moulding.

As a QA Manager in plastic injection molding, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products at all stages. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems. - Leading the QA team in monitoring and evaluating product quality. - Ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory bodies. - Leading root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Managing customer complaints and implementing quality improvement plans. - Conducting internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits. - Reviewing and approving quality documentation such as SOPs, control plans, and test reports. - Monitoring key quality KPIs and generating periodic quality performance reports. - Providing guidance and training to staff on quality processes. - Coordinating with other teams to embed quality in all operations. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and waste. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering. - 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards. - Proficiency in quality tools like 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, RCA. - Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. - Experience in leading audits by customers, certifying agencies, or regulators. - Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or Lead Auditor ISO 9001 is a plus. - Working knowledge of SAP or QMS software. - Industry-specific experience in sectors like plastic injection molding.
