QA Manager (Fragrances & Flavours)

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role involves developing and implementing QA processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures - Perform audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QA processes - Manage the quality control laboratory including testing, analysis, and reporting of fragrance and flavor products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes into all aspects of the business - Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints - Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and EU regulations - Develop and manage the QA budget for effective resource allocation Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in quality assurance and compliance - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to manage a budget effectively If you are looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise in quality assurance and compliance, this position may be a great fit for you.
