Experience:6 years (min 4 years relevant in Salesforce) Understanding the requirements and related documents like Functional designs , process flows etc., Creating test cases and execution for regression testing and new changes, maintain documentation for testing activities, working with IT/development team for bugs assignment and resolution Salesforce Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities Must have experience of requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, test cases documentation Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement, capturing and documenting bugs/issues. Must have experience scripting test scenarios for salesforce applications Should have good understanding tools available for creation and execution of test cases.
