Job Description

QA Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive the quality organization's vision and strategy across core engineering tracks.
Lead a team of test and QA engineers to consistently deliver high-quality software.
Prepare and drive the end-to-end test strategy for programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and third parties.
Work closely with technical engineers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate testing into development processes.
Coordinate the tracking and reporting of key quality metrics to measure progress in strengthening the eCommerce test and quality footprint.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, coding standards, and frameworks to challenge continuous integration.
Manage stakeholders effectively, including development, business, environment, and other third-party teams.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
Working experience with
eCommerce platforms, OMS, search, and 3rd-party eCommerce applications
.
Exposure to modern web standards and technology.
The ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an
Agile SCRUM
and test-driven environment.
Comfort working with and coordinating with offshore development and testing teams.
Knowledge of
Continuous Integration
principles and best practices (
Jenkins, Github
).
Strong professional experience with
JavaScript
and related libraries.
Understanding of modern web architecture using
MVC
approaches.
Exposure to bug tracking and task management software like
JIRA, Bugzilla
, etc.
Excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
