Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead to join our team at Miko.ai, responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Lead a team of quality assurance engineers to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools.
