QA Lead

As a mid-level QA Lead at UBS, your role will involve: - Leading the QA team responsible for the quality of UBS Data Mesh - Ensuring quality, security, reliability, and compliance of solutions by applying QA procedures - Negotiating and leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve excellence in product quality - Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues, assisting in hiring talented data engineers, and contributing to engineering culture - Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the product and assisting other teams in using the product Your team will be within the Group Chief Technology Organization, focusing on QA of the enterprise data mesh and interacting closely with data owners across the bank. You will work with a team that partners with different divisions to develop innovative digital solutions. Your expertise should include: - Test strategy and planning - Test case review and prioritization - Test metrics reporting and release management - Conducting sessions for other teams on new features - Providing support to other teams and identifying opportunities for product improvements - Team handling and peer stakeholder communication In terms of QA/Technology Requirements, you should have experience in QA team leadership, production issue handling, performance testing, and ideally knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and data mesh principles and technologies.
