QA Lead

As a QA Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers to enhance their skills and performance. You will coordinate daily QA activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting, while fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and support. - Coordinate and manage daily QA activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting. - Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for various types of testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts. - Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. - Establish QA best practices, standards, and processes. - Conduct reviews of test cases, test scripts, and defects. - Plan, design, and execute performance and load tests. - Analyse performance test results and provide recommendations. - Develop and maintain test metrics and reports. - Present test results and quality status to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - B.E or Equivalent Skills Required: - Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript). - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar is preferred. - Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.,
