QA Lead

As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, applications, and systems. Your responsibilities will go beyond just finding and reporting issues - you will be the champion of quality by proactively assessing and enhancing reliability through both manual and automated testing. Your focus areas will include ensuring features work flawlessly, identifying and resolving visual and usability issues, optimizing performance, and analyzing product-level metrics for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop deep understanding of features to ensure flawless functionality and user satisfaction - Identify and address visual glitches and usability issues to create an intuitive user experience - Optimize system performance by pinpointing and eliminating bottlenecks - Analyze product-level metrics to understand user behavior and drive overall success Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Quality Assurance testing, ideally 1-3 years - Familiarity with QA methodology and regression testing - Ability to create, execute, and analyze manual and automated test scripts - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Working knowledge of test management software As a bonus, your role will involve reviewing and analyzing system specifications, executing test scripts, documenting technical issues, and troubleshooting errors.
