QA - International Voice - Hyderabad

As a QA - International Voice professional in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for: - Conducting thorough call audits to ensure quality and compliance with international voice process standards. - Performing quality checks on calls to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Monitoring calls to ensure adherence to international voice process guidelines and standards. - Collaborating with team members to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall call quality. - Developing and maintaining quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
