QA Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.
• Support the team in automation testing using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks (if applicable).
• Document and track software defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint meetings as part of the Agile/Scrum process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with manual testing concepts and a basic knowledge of automation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and user experience.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or Postman.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
