QA Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Regression Testing: Execute regression test suites to verify that existing functionalities remain unaffected by new code changes.
• Smoke Testing: Conduct initial testing of builds to ensure stability and availability of key features before deeper testing.
• Functional Testing: Validate application features against business and technical requirements to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Non-Functional Testing: Performe tests to assess performance, scalability, and security aspects of the applicatin.
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Create and executed UAT scenarios in coordination with business users to ensure the application meets business expectations.
• Defect Reporting: Log, track, and manage defects using standard defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), ensuring timely resolution.
• UAT Reporting: Deliver structured reports on UAT execution, outcomes, and open issues to stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
• Test Case Designing: Design, update, and maintain detailed test cases for functional and regression testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Client Handling: Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, resolve queries, and support them during UAT, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, test results, and QA processes to support project transparency and knowledge transfer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
