Working Time-11.30 AM to 8.30 pm

• Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Audits
• ● Listening to voice calls or reviewing written communications (emails/chats).
• ● Logging findings as per audit checklists under supervision.
• ● Learn about different audit parameters and QA methodologies.
• Data Collection & Reporting
• ● Assist in compiling audit reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• ● Maintain tracker sheets for daily audit performance and scores.
• ● Help with basic trend summaries and highlighting recurring issues.
• Learning & Development
• ● Attend internal calibrations and feedback sessions.
• ● Participate in team huddles and training refreshers.
• ● Shadow senior analysts to understand SOPs, dashboards, and CRM navigation.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• ● Graduate (or final year student) in any stream.
• ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• ● Good communication skills (written and spoken).
• ● High attention to detail and discipline in task execution.
• Preferred (Good to Have):
• ● Prior exposure to inbound/outbound in EdTech, BPO, or customer support environments.● Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).● Awareness of CRM or LMS tools (optional)
