QA Formats implementation.
  • Daily process audit on shop floor.
  • Ensuring quality of panels as per the standard norms and customer requirements.
  • Supplier audits and approval specially for class C category.
  • Leading customer inspection and closing customer observation with proper
RCA/CAPA.
  • Customer complaint analysis and process improvements through statistical quality
tools.
  • Working in team as an individual contributor.
  • Daily monitoring of QA processes followed at shop floor by production and QC
colleagues.
  • Compiling Raw data for QA-MIS in line with management expectations.
