QA Engineer (Web & Mobile)

The QA Engineer (Web & Mobile) - AI-Powered CRM position is available in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. As a QA Engineer in this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our innovative CRM platform across both web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing comprehensive test plans for our web (React) and mobile (React Native) applications, developing and maintaining automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks, conducting thorough functional, performance, and scalability testing of our CRM platform, collaborating with developers to address complex issues, contributing to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies, participating in Agile ceremonies, monitoring and analyzing application performance metrics, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA and test automation. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, possess strong experience with web and mobile application testing, be proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Jest, and Cypress, have familiarity with React, React Native, and Python ecosystems, experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and Gatling, a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred qualifications for the role include experience in testing CRM systems or similar enterprise applications, knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their applications in software testing, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their testing considerations, and holding an ISTQB certification or equivalent.
