The QA Engineer (Web & Mobile) - AI-Powered CRM position is based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, offering an exciting opportunity to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our cutting-edge CRM platform across web and mobile applications. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing comprehensive test plans for our web (React) and mobile (React Native) applications, developing and maintaining automated test suites, performing thorough functional, performance, and scalability testing, collaborating with developers to resolve complex issues, contributing to QA process improvement, participating in Agile ceremonies, and monitoring application performance metrics. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. You should also possess strong experience in web and mobile application testing, proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, Appium, Jest, Cypress), familiarity with React, React Native, and Python ecosystems, as well as experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and Gatling. Preferred qualifications include experience in testing CRM systems or similar enterprise applications, knowledge of AI/ML concepts in software testing, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ISTQB certification or equivalent.
