If you're passionate about ensuring bug-free user experiences, working in agile environments, and collaborating across remote teams — this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for the quality and performance of both in-house and client-facing web & mobile applications , ensuring that everything we ship works flawlessly. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA , Bugzilla , or Trello . Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality is built from the start. Review requirement documents and participate in sprint planning meetings. Provide timely feedback on test coverage, testability, and potential risks. Generate test reports and maintain documentation of QA processes. ✅ What We’re Looking For 0–5 years of experience in manual & automation testing. Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodology. Proficiency in test management tools like TestRail , Postman , and Selenium . Good knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and basic DB queries. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setup with accountability. 🎯 Bonus Skills Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or any scripting language. Experience testing mobile apps (Android/iOS).
