About the Role We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to ensure the highest quality of our software products. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing both manual and automated test cases to identify bugs, glitches, and performance issues. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure seamless, user-friendly, and reliable software delivery. Responsibilities: Understand user stories, use cases, and requirements Test Mobile, API, and Web applications to ensure they meet quality standards Develop and maintain BDD automation frameworks using tools like Rest-Assured, Cucumber, Selenium, and Postman. Write and execute functional and regression test cases Identify, document, and track software defects Assist developers in reproducing and debugging issues Analyze test results, including database impacts, bugs, and usability concerns Ensure risk-based testing and maintain traceability matrices for complete test coverage Participate in requirement and design reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle Ensure QA processes and documentation standards are followed Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in QA testing Strong experience in Manual Testing across Mobile, Web, and API Hands-on experience with **Java-based test automation** using **Appium and Selenium** Good understanding of software testing concepts, STLC, and the defect life cycle Experience working with bug tracking tools like JIRA Familiarity with agile methodology and sprint-based development Basic knowledge of performance and security testing (added advantage) Strong communication and collaboration skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt Why Join Us?
