Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work on testing all aspects of the software including manual testing of the product.
Work with the development team to identify and capture test cases, potential flaws, and problems while ensuring quality.
Work on detecting and reporting any bugs or issues.
Work on designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
Work on providing feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to the quality risk and report it to concerned people.
Work on resolving test return problems by performing analysis of root causes,
developing, and coordinating corrective action measures, and monitoring improvements.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
Good to have some knowledge of image and video quality assessment.
Ability to work independently with eye for details and update requirements accordingly.
Expertise in Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.
Hands-on experience in writing Functional Test Cases.
Ability to identify and log defects effectively.
Good understanding of the manual testing process.
Experience in mobile testing on both iOS and Android OS devices for native, Hybrid, and mobile web applications.
Familiarity with Apple and Google UI standards and OS ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with desktop browsers testing.
Knowledge of different product environments and QA concepts.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with other QA engineers, cross-functional teams & developers to facilitate/track release process.
Experience in working with Windows & Linux platforms.
