Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to gather and understand system requirements.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create comprehensive test documentation.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
Identify, document, and track defects thoroughly throughout the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in testing distributed systems and SaaS applications.
Preferred experience in EMR, HIS, Healthcare, Health Insurance, and Hospital Billing systems.
Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL, MS-SQL, MongoDB).
Hands-on experience with both Black-box and White-box testing methodologies.
Proven automation skills using Java (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter is a strong plus)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket)
Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with quick adaptability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
Effective collaboration skills for working with onshore and offshore teams.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
Adaptable to change and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
Proactive, inquisitive, and motivated to continuously improve.
