QA Engineer

As a QA Tester for our Quality Assurance team, your role will involve manually testing software to identify bugs and ensure product quality before release. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional user experiences will be key to your success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and design test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional specifications. - Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance. - Report, document, and track bugs using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects. - Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. - Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation. Qualifications Required: - 2.5-5 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance roles. - At least beginner level understanding of Automation testing is required. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Mantis). - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,
