QA Engineer Fresher

Job Summary:
PAL InfoCom is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Fresher to join our software testing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to start a career in software testing and quality assurance. You will be trained to test websites, web applications, and mobile apps, and ensure they meet high standards before release.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements and write basic test cases
• Perform manual testing of websites & applications
• Report bugs clearly to the development team
• Re-test issues after bug fixes and update statuses
• Learn QA processes, tools, and documentation methods
• Help maintain test data, logs, and QA records
• Basic automation knowledge = a plus!

Skills We're Looking For:

• Basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts
• Familiarity with web and mobile apps
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Eye for detail and willingness to learn
• Team player with a positive, learning mindset

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field
• Basic understanding of SDLC/STLC
• ISTQB certification is a plus (not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate:

• Quick learner passionate about QA/testing
• Willing to work full-time from the Mohali office
