QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Coates Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and usability of digital hardware and software solutions. You will be responsible for: - Developing test cases/scenarios based on requirements - Performing various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and performance testing - Collaborating with Product owners to define success criteria - Providing feedback on design, usability, and user experience from a quality assurance perspective - Understanding continuous integration and delivery pipelines like Gitlab, Travis, Circle, etc. - Contributing to test automation to streamline testing processes - Documenting test cases, procedures, and results for future reference Key Responsibilities: - JavaScript test frameworks familiarity - TestCafe, Cypress, Playwright - Proficiency in Unix/Linux-like systems - Experience with version control using git, including PR flows and branching flows - Working knowledge of containers such as Docker - Familiarity with load and performance testing tools like Apache Bench, wrk, or similar - Experience in API testing and exploratory testing - Basic understanding of databases - Conducting user acceptance testing with clients Qualification Required: - JavaScript test frameworks - TestCafe, Cypress, Playwright - Unix/Linux-like systems - Version control with git - experience with PR flows and branching flows - Working knowledge of containers like Docker - Load and performance testing - Apache Bench, wrk, or similar - API testing and exploratory testing - Basic knowledge of databases - User acceptance testing with clients At Coates Group, you will be part of an industry-leading team driven by values and innovation.
