Job Description Job Title - QA Engineer, AS Location - Pune, India Role Description Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for ensuring testing strategies, plans and deliverables are executed for all applications and programmes of work within their domain. Provide product/business expertise to drive and support the Testing approach Analyse requirements, write test cases and create test data under supervision of the Lead QA & Testing Automate the manual Test Cases using Industry leading Test Automation frameworks such as Serenity/Cucumber/Selenium Conduct testing activities, analyse and record test results, record defects Retest defects/observations to ensure problems are resolved Assist in analysing, documenting and communicating results Provide test requirements and operational oversight to vendors Ensure adherence to testing best practices and DB testing standards Your Skills & Experience/Exposure Must have exposure to Agile development methodology, experience in a scaled agile framework would be preferred. Must have at least 5+ years experience in QA and Testing role with 2-3 yr in Test Automation Must have proven experience of Test Automation i. e. , developing and implementing technical solutions in Java Expertise in setting up Automation Suites and integrating with CI/CD pipeline Exposure to Tools Jira, Serenity/Cucumber/Selenium, Postman/ SOAPUI/ Any API Automation tool and ALM/ Quality Centre. Good to have Tableau Test Automation experience Good understanding of test management and defect tracking process Good understanding of testing across the full Software Development lifecycle Awareness of regulatory initiatives and experience of working within Records Management, Archiving and eDiscovery desirable Ability to review and implement test process improvement Customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results.
