Job Description

As a Quality Analyst for Core Banking Data migration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of data during the migration process from legacy systems to new platforms. Your expertise in Core Banking (Transact) and migration experience will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to guarantee data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the migration process. - Collaborate with multiple functional projects to comprehend data usage and its implications for migration. - Identify, document, and track data quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve them efficiently. - Validate data migrated to new systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and free from defects. - Report and track defects discovered during testing, collaborating closely with development teams for timely resolution. Skills and Qualifications: - 8-10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to Core banking QA. - Proven track record as a Quality Analyst within the banking sector. - Profound knowledge of Core Banking Transact and migration processes. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
