QA Consultant

As a Quality Assurance Consultant at Atrium, your role will involve ensuring that all external and internal requirements are met before products are delivered to customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs, identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues, and maintaining high-quality operations and services for the long-term success of the business. **Responsibilities Include:** - Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues - Monitor all operations affecting quality - Supervise and guide developers, BAs, and other project team members on best practices - Assure reliability and consistency of development by checking processes and final output - Appraise customers" requirements and ensure satisfaction - Report bugs, issues, and deviations from best practices to the project manager - Facilitate proactive solutions through quality data analysis - Review current standards and policies - Keep records of quality reports and statistical reviews - Ensure legal standards are met **Requirements For This Role:** - 2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles - 1+ year experience working directly with Salesforce - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical education - Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards - Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods - Good knowledge of MS Office and databases - Outstanding communication skills - Great attention to detail and results-driven approach - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities - Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work in rapid development frameworks - Strong organizational skills for tracking multiple test executions simultaneously At Atrium, recruiting is personalized to match growth ambitions and drive inclusion.
