Job Description

12+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 4-5 years in a Test Manager or QA Lead role. Strong understanding of test methodologies , test lifecycle , and QA best practices . Hands-on knowledge of test automation tools (e. g. , Selenium , UFT , TestComplete ). Experience working in Agile , Scrum , or DevOps environments. Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e. g. , JIRA , ALM , TestRail , Zephyr ). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience in planning and managing system integration , regression , performance , and UAT testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
