The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop automated test scripts using TestIM . Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Perform regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and follow up on resolution. Work closely with the product team to improve software quality and test coverage. Required Skills: 37 years of experience in QA Automation . Strong hands-on experience with TestIM . Experience in testing web-based applications and APIs. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python (preferred for TestIM customization). Experience working in insurance domain projects is mandatory . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and test life cycle (STLC).
