QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Build robust

  test automation frameworks

  using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or similar.
• Integrate automated tests with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform

  functional, regression, integration, performance, and API automation testing

  .
• Identify, analyze, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Continuously enhance test coverage and maintain test suites for scalability.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  automation testing concepts and frameworks

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Selenium WebDriver

  ,

  TestNG/JUnit

  , or

  Cucumber (BDD/TDD)

  .
• Experience in

  API testing & automation

  (Postman, RestAssured).
• Proficiency in

  Java / Python / C#

  (depending on company tech stack).
• Good understanding of

  CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle

• Knowledge of

  database testing using SQL queries

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
