QA Automation

In this role at MUFG Securities, TEC-Corporate Technology as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality of software products across diverse platforms by conducting tests and collaborating with stakeholders. Your proficiency in QA methodologies and SDLC will be essential in executing test strategies and plans effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting testing for front office, middle office, and back office applications supporting the Markets business. - Developing and executing test strategies, estimations, and test plans. - Writing and executing test cases, and building test automation where applicable. - Collaborating closely with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and developers. - Analyzing functional documentation and technical specifications to create and execute both manual and automated test scripts. - Performing data analysis and creating test data. - Tracking, documenting, and assisting in resolving defects, ensuring adherence to MUFG standards. - Ensuring timely and efficient testing processes in compliance with company protocols. Qualifications required for this role: - You should have 10+ years of experience delivering large multifunctional projects from Front Office to Back Office, including Risk and Finance. - Extensive experience with Capital Markets products like Equities, Fixed Income, structured Products, Derivatives, Repos, Securities Lending, and Secondary Loan Trading. - Hands-on experience with QA methodologies and the SDLC (Waterfall and Agile). - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, preferably in testing data warehouse and data lake environments with MS Azure. - Experience with Data Warehouse testing for trades, positions, cash, FOBO, and intersystem reconciliations. - Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, and TestNG (preferred). - Automation skills with Java, Python, Selenium, Maven, and IntelliJ Idea (preferred).
