QA Architect

Role Overview: As a QA Technical Test Architect, your primary responsibility is to define and drive the overall test automation strategy, test architecture, and quality engineering best practices across all QA projects. You will utilize your strong blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through scalable, maintainable, and efficient testing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks, tools, and processes. - Establish a unified test architecture supporting UI, API, mobile, and performance testing. - Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and technologies aligned with business needs. - Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable automation frameworks using modern tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, RestAssured, and Postman. - Implement CI/CD integration using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. - Mentor and guide QA engineers and automation developers across projects. - Establish QA processes and ensure adherence to enterprise QA standards. - Partner with stakeholders to align QA goals with business objectives. - Act as a QA subject matter expert in client and leadership discussions. Qualification Required: - You should have 15+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a QA architecture or technical leadership role. - Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, and Postman. - Strong programming skills in Java, C#, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with BDD frameworks like SpecFlow/Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, and NUnit. - Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI, and Swagger validation. - Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or LoadRunner. - Experience with CI/CD integration tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Azure DevOps. - Understanding of version control systems like Git and Bitbucket. - Exposure to cloud testing platforms such as AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs. - Ability to work with reporting tools like Extent Reports, Allure, and custom dashboards. - Proficiency in database validation using SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
