QA Analyst

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software solutions maintain the highest quality standards. Your role will involve identifying issues, analyzing functionality, and ensuring the reliability of our applications. Your key responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software projects. You will conduct thorough testing (both manual and automated) across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms to identify bugs and ensure compliance with requirements. Additionally, you will be tracking bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar, and working closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and ensure smooth testing processes. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating application performance under various conditions, conducting regression tests, and preparing detailed testing reports and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts. Ensuring that all deliverables meet established quality standards and client requirements will be a key focus of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 2-2.5 years of experience in software testing, preferably for mobile and web applications. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes is essential, as well as proficiency in manual testing. Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar will be a plus, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. You should possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
