Well versed in Manual Testing of applications
Designing and developing test automation scripts.
Using test automation guidelines and tools
Proficient in one of the AI based testing tools
Researching issues in software through testing.
Handling Enterprise Customer Support - Queries clarification, configuration changes, user training, onboarding assistance
Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
Troubleshoot / Test production issues, performance issues, defects fixes to improve customer experience
Collaborate and share feedback with teams to improve the development process.
