Job Description

As a QA Analyst in the Cash Management sector with 7+ years of experience in the Transaction Banking industry on channels, your primary responsibility will be to create and execute UAT tests that align with business requirements. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into testable scenarios and ensuring that the developed technology and digital solutions meet the needs of the business, product, and customers. Your key result areas will include proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, Azure, PowerPoint, Jira, or equivalent Confluence. You will work closely with Product Management, Operations, Technology, User Experience, and other stakeholders in a global team, staying updated on regional and international developments in the Global transaction banking industry. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you break down user requirements, identify crucial information and options, collaborate with others to find permanent solutions, investigate UAT defects, resolve user support issues, and recommend solutions to system or process obstacles. In terms of decision-making authority and responsibility, you will own the test design and artifact of Channels, create, execute, and document test results for test cases/user stories based on BRD and FSD documents, and ensure product quality and deliverables" quality. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, be a team player, have experience in Agile and waterfall frameworks, understand UI/UX and customer experience, and excel in complex problem-solving.
