Job Title: Python Trainer (In-House)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Python Trainer with strong expertise in Python and Data Science to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering in-house training sessions, developing learning materials, and guiding trainees to enhance their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-house training sessions on Python programming, Data Science, and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Design and deliver practical assignments, projects, and case studies for trainees.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop training materials, modules, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with project/organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work/training experience in Python and Data Science.
• Strong knowledge of data handling, analysis, visualization, and machine learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with popular Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding.
