Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Python Technical Instructor based in IT Park Nagpur. The Python Technical Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Python training courses, developing and updating curriculum, preparing instructional materials, and providing hands-on coding sessions. The instructor will facilitate classes, mentor students, assess their progress, and ensure they meet learning outcomes. Additionally, the instructor will collaborate with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills for delivering clear and effective instruction
• Proficiency in Python and related technologies
• Ability to develop and update training materials and curriculum
• Aptitude for mentoring and assessing student progress
• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in tech education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in an educational or training role is a plus
