Python Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Python Development Team Lead at Viraaj HR Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Python developers to design and develop software solutions. Your role will involve defining and enforcing best practices for Python programming and software development. Additionally, you will conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code, and architect scalable software applications.
