The company's core focus includes improving sales throughput, optimizing shelf space, measuring tertiary offtake, and benchmarking competition in various marketing aspects. - Design and develop scalable applications, APIs, and workflows using Python/Django. - Write, review, and optimize code for performance, scalability, and security. - Lead technical decision-making on architecture, integrations, and system design. - Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and production deployments. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently to minimize business impact. - Drive database optimization efforts and lead MSSQL to PostgreSQL migration. - Implement Elasticsearch, Django Signals, Celery, and other backend optimization tools. - Automate workflows using Python scripts, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies. - Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Python/Django for application development. - Strong experience in optimizing code for performance, scalability, and security. - Knowledge of database optimization and migration processes. - Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Django Signals, Celery, and other backend tools. - Ability to automate workflows using Python scripts, AI/ML, and emerging technologies. - Prior experience in leading technical decisions and mentoring developers.
