Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop components of the Amazon Connect solution using Python and AWS native services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Amazon Connect with enterprise applications and data sources.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-native implementations.
Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Document designs, workflows, and technical processes for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Preferred candidate profile

6+ years of proven Python experience .
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native development.
Strong knowledge of API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, IAM.
Experience working with cloud-native contact center solutions (Amazon Connect preferred) is an advantage.
Good-to-have skills: SQL Server and .NET.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.
Good communication and documentation skills
