IT Full-Time Job ID: DGC00724 Chennai, Tamil Nadu 0-1 Yrs ₹1.25 - ₹2.25 Yearly Job description Job Title: Python Software Developer Fresher / Work from Home Location: Remote Salary Package 1.25 Lakhs to 2.25 Lakhs / Annum Role Overview We are looking for passionate freshers who are excited to work in a startup environment and build real products from the ground up. Youll work closely with senior developers and domain experts to design, build, and improve key features of our AI CRM product. What Youll Do Write clean and efficient code using Python . Work with PostgreSQL (or any SQL DB) to store, retrieve, and manage application data. Use LLM tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot , or others to accelerate coding and problem-solving. Collaborate with the team to solve real-world problems in pharma/life sciences CRM workflows. Participate in Agile sprints, brainstorming sessions, and daily standups. What Were Looking For Solid understanding of Python programming projects, internships, or academic coursework. Familiarity with any SQL-based database (PostgreSQL preferred). Awareness or interest in using LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance productivity. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a self-starter attitude. Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to FastAPI , LangChain/LangGraph , or any LLM integrations. Experience building side projects, bots, or tools using AI. Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React) is a plus. Interview Process LIVE CODING Round You will be required to complete a mini full-stack application project during a Live Coding session, with the following guidelines: 1. The application must be developed using Python (FastAPI) for the backend and React for the frontend. 2. Only FastAPI and React are allowed , no other frameworks or libraries for the core structure. 3. You are allowed to use AI tools to assist you during the coding session. 4. Please ensure all necessary platforms, tools, and dependencies are pre-installed on your system before the interview.
