Client name: Essex Mortgage Payroll Company Compunnel Technologies Job Location: Noida/Chandigarh Experience Required: 6+ years Mode of Work: work from the office 5 days Job Title: Python Developer with Automation Develop, test, and maintain Python-based backend services for AI and automation workflows. Automate routine processes within collections and loan servicing systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to implement machine learning pipelines and intelligent process automation. Build and maintain API integrations with internal and external financial systems. Ensure code quality, performance, and security in all solutions developed. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing for ongoing support. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. Proven experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Python scripts, RESTful APIs). Experience with AI/ML workflow integration is a strong plus. Familiarity with financial systems, especially collections and loan management processes . Strong understanding of software development best practices (CI/CD, version control, testing). Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an offshore setup. Nice to Have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Basic understanding of data science or machine learning concepts.
