Python Lead Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. Technical Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using

  Python

  and frameworks such as

  Django

  ,

  Flask

  , or

  FastAPI

  .
• Implement and maintain

  RESTful APIs

  and

  microservices

  architectures.
• Develop integrations with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
  
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong focus on performance and scalability.
  
• Conduct

  unit testing

  , debugging, and optimization of applications.

2. Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to junior developers.
  
• Collaborate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  
• Maintain development standards, best practices, and ensure code quality across the team.
  

3. Solution Design & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Participate in system design discussions and suggest improvements in architecture, security, and performance.
  
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of project modules and releases.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for APIs, workflows, and architecture.
  
• Report progress, challenges, and risk factors to project leads or management.
