Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Python Trainer for a full-time, on-site position located in Kakinada. The role involves delivering in-depth training on Python development, front-end and back-end frameworks, and ensuring students acquire practical, industry-relevant skills. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, mentoring students through hands-on projects, assessing progress, and staying up to date with industry trends to keep curriculum relevant. Collaboration with the learning and development team to enhance module effectiveness will also be a critical part of your role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python programming, including frameworks like Django and Flask.
In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Experience with back-end development, including databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
Strong skills in teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Passion for mentoring and guiding learners through practical projects and challenges.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to assist students effectively.
Relevant professional certifications in Python and web development are an advantage.
Ability to manage training sessions and adjust teaching styles to suit learners at different levels.
