Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kakinada for a Python Fullstack Trainer. The trainer's responsibilities include designing training curriculums, conducting interactive sessions, and mentoring students in Python programming and fullstack development. You will facilitate hands-on programming exercises, assist students with real-time projects, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills. Collaboration with the curriculum development team to ensure the most relevant industry topics and practices are covered will also be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming and Fullstack Development
• Experience working with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Previous teaching or training experience with ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle live projects and provide real-world insights to learners
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Hands-on exposure to real-world projects and knowledge of industry best practice

• Probation period (3months): 2.5 LPA
• On roles: 3-4 LPA depending on performance
