Python Engineer (Agentic AI & Automation)

About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate Python Engineer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI and automation to help us build the next generation of AI-driven systems. You will work across backend engineering, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation using state-of-the-art AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend components and automation scripts
• Engineer and deploy LLM-based agentic workflows using frameworks such as

  LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI

  , or similar
• Design multi-agent architectures for intelligent automation and decision-making
• Integrate LLMs like

  OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini

  into production-grade applications
• Build

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  systems and develop robust prompt strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data, product, and engineering teams
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security of AI pipelines

Required Skillset:

• Strong Python proficiency (preferably with Async, FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Practical experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks
• Knowledge of vector databases (

  Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS

  )
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (

  AWS/GCP/Azure

  )
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and algorithms

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
• Exposure to model fine-tuning or RL optimization
• ML Ops experience
