Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and services.

• Architect and implement robust backend systems using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Optimize performance and scalability of existing systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Product, and Frontend.

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

• Integrate third-party APIs and build RESTful services.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Python (OOP, functional programming, concurrency).

• Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Solid understanding of databases: Microsoft SQL Server.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
