Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Python Developer Trainer to join our team as a full-time onsite instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Python programming training, mentoring learners, and developing high-quality content for aspiring Python developers.

You will play a key role in equipping students or professionals with the skills needed for careers in software development, data science, automation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led training sessions on Python programming and related technologies.
• Cover essential Python topics including:
• Core Python (data types, control structures, functions, modules)
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• File handling and exception handling
• Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib
• Web development using Flask or Django
• APIs, automation, and scripting use cases
• Basic data structures and algorithms
• Assist learners with hands-on exercises, real-world projects, and coding challenges.
• Monitor and assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and project work.
• Provide individual guidance, doubt-clearing sessions, and career support.
• Continuously update training content based on current trends and industry needs.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers and other trainers to improve course quality.
• Prepare students for job interviews and technical assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Flask, Django (web frameworks)
• NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib (data handling & visualization)
• REST APIs development
• SQLite, MySQL, or other databases
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of OOP, unit testing, and best coding practices.
• Experience with scripting/automation and real-world applications of Python is a plus.

Training & Soft Skills:

• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and explain concepts to learners with different levels of proficiency.
• Patience, passion for teaching, and strong presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
