Python Developer

As a key member of our team at Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of developers proficient in both frontend and backend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect end-to-end project solutions, with a keen focus on scalability, security, and performance. Your expertise in designing and implementing highly efficient, reliable, and scalable database systems using PostgreSQL and MongoDB will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our projects. Your deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, will be crucial in leveraging cloud-based application solutions and effectively managing infrastructure. Utilizing serverless architecture and AWS Lambda, you will play a key role in building scalable and cost-efficient applications. As the primary point of contact for client communications, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration is at the core of our work culture, and you will work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to execute the technical vision and strategy seamlessly. You will continuously strive for improvement by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, applying them to enhance team efficiency and product quality. To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in backend development with a focus on Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks) and frontend development skills encompassing JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficiency in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and RDS, is essential. Your experience in database management, serverless architecture, and team leadership will be critical in driving the success of our projects. Additionally, having a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, is required. Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to have skills include experience with other cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud and knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
