Job Title: Python Developer (3+ Years Experience) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years) Department: Software Development Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using Python. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of core Python programming and be capable of working across different domains such as automation, data processing, scripting, web development, or system integration. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize Python applications across various domains. Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and other developers. Work on automation scripts, APIs, data pipelines, and tool development as required. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Python codebases. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to architecture decisions. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed components. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Python development. Strong knowledge of Python 3.x and core programming concepts. Experience with at least one Python framework or library (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data serialization formats like JSON and XML. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and ORMs. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Linux/Unix-based systems and command-line tools. Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, unittest).
