Job Summary

We re building the future of real-time reactive IT operations with Generative AI. Our Agentic AI SRE is an autonomous AI Agent that detects, diagnoses, and resolves production incidents in real time. By combining decades of enterprise engineering experience with the latest in Large Language Models, we re tackling one of the hardest problems in IT today. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you ll work at the intersection of AI and backend engineering, designing the foundational services and orchestration systems that make this vision possible. From mission-critical APIs to distributed orchestration, you ll have high impact from day one moving fast, solving cutting-edge challenges, and shaping the core architecture of a next-generation AI platform.

What You ll Do

Build and scale backend services that power AI-driven automation.
Develop Python-based APIs and orchestration systems that integrate with AI models and agentic workflows.
Optimize performance, reliability, and resilience across large-scale distributed systems.
Collaborate with AI and product teams to embed intelligence into backend services.
Help drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices in a fast-paced environment.

What We re Looking For

Strong backend experience building high-performance APIs and distributed systems.
Solid programming skills in Python, Go (or similar languages).
Knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS, microservices, and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to scale and optimize backend systems.
Curiosity about emerging technologies, with a plus for AI/ML integration experience.
