Hiring: Senior Python Developer / Lead (4–10 Years) – Pune (WFO) | Apptware Solutions LLP

Apptware Solutions LLP is looking for experienced Python Developers (4–10 years) who can build high-quality, scalable backend systems in a cloud environment.

We are considering only immediate joiners, candidates serving notice period, or those with a maximum 30-day notice period.

Senior Software Developer / Lead

Location: Pune (Work From Office)

Experience: 4–10 Years

Must-Have Skills (7–10 Years Profiles)

Candidates in this range must have strong expertise in:

• Python (Django/Flask mandatory)
• OOPs and System Design
• AWS (preferably Lambda)
• GraphQL experience (mandatory)
• Microservices
• Debugging across multiple stacks
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Linux

Must-Have Skills (4–6 Years Profiles)

• Strong hands-on experience in Python
• Good understanding of OOPs
• Knowledge of Django or Flask
• Basic exposure to AWS
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Exposure to Rust
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs (mandatory for senior profiles)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
• Work on AWS services including Lambda and serverless architectures
• Apply strong software design principles to build clean, modular code
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in design discussions and architectural decisions
• Develop and maintain microservices
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Operate comfortably in Linux environments
